IMS Themes & Integration
Third Light's Image Management System (IMS) (external link) is a software product designed for businesses wishing to establish an image library. Using IMS means your photos, videos and documents can be centrally updated, searched, retrieved and tracked. IMS can be modified in great detail, using a built-in templating language. This is designed to make it possible to make your Third Light site look and feel like your own brand, and it allows for fine-grained control over every part of your IMS web site.Being Third Light's preferred integration supplier, Siftware has worked with a number of Third Light's customers to help them with customisation of their IMS systems. Utilising the flexibility of the templating system, we are able to tailor the layout and look/feel for each of our IMS clients and draw upon our existing experience to save you time and cost.
Whilst each job does depend upon the specific requirements of the client we are normally prepared to offer fixed price deals where the deliverable falls within certain guidelines:
Package A
The supporting website already exists; we simply need to brand the IMS for yourequest a quote
Package B
We build the HTML to your designs and then apply to the IMSrequest a quote
Package C
We build you a simple supporting website and skin the IMS system to match. You supply designs.request a quote

Summary of terms:
For all of the above services our terms can be sumarised as follows. Please don't be too concerned if your project has more demanding requirements. Still place an order or get in touch and we'll send over a revised estimate quickly.- All quoted prices exclude UK VAT at 17.5% (not applicable to non-UK businesses)
- We reserve the right to decline an order without giving a reason
- IMS subscription, hosting, domain names, stock photography, fonts and other materials are not included
- We do not add content to templates or upload your images to the IMS system, that is always your responsibility
- 1 hour of project management is included
- 1 round of changes included
- For HTML templates the price does not include any client-side interactions or transitions
- The HTML templates that we produce will validate against the W3C XHTML 1.0 transitional DTD and are tested against IE v6+ PC, FF 1.5+ PC and FF 1.5 Mac plus Safari 2 Mac OS X. This is good.
- If you supply the HTML then cross browser testing and debugging is not included
