Bespoke course booking system developed using Symfony

We worked on behalf of an existing client to develop and implement their client's new training course booking system. We used the Symfony framework.
Users of the new training course booking system we have developed on behalf of our client are able to
  • Peruse courses and availability of remaining places
  • Book online
  • Gain a certificate of attendance once course has been attended
  • Use the post-course evaluation system to provide critical feedback to course organisers
Administrators of the course booking system can now
  • Add, remove and edit course details using simple web interfaces
  • Have access to evaluation statistics provided by course delegates
  • Utilise a comprehensive management reporting system
The course booking system was developed using the Symfony framework as it enables us to build scalable and maintainable websites using the principles of best practice.

During this project we have been respectful of our client's confidentiality and in reporting the succesful implementation of this new web based system we are not able to add screenshots of the course bookking interface to the Siiftware website.

I have worked with Siftware's MD, Darren Beale, for almost 6 years on projects ranging from complex e-commerce web sites to web server configuration and installation. I cannot commend highly enough his commitment, expertise, attention to detail and integrity. He is a rare jewel in a very technical world
